Through a series of micro-coaching sessions throughout the day we work to continuously improve your interactions - sometimes we will re-play conversations, maybe a leadership theory would help, or perhaps powerful questions and reflection will do the trick. Clients tell us that because the development is confidentially in-the-moment, there’s a powerful emotional attachment to the learning when it happens

Longer coaching discussions are scheduled after lunch, for specific deep-dive topics (eg career)

at the end of our day

As our time together comes to a close, we summarise the day’s progress and agree how to embed the learning further still
